Yunusa Dahiru, the suspected kidnapper of 14-year-old, Ese Oruru has been arraigned at the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa on five count charge of abduction, illicit sex and unlawful canal knowledge.
The court has also adjourned till 14th March for hearing on bail application for Yunusa Dahiru. Kayode Olaosebikan, the counsel to Yunusa Dahiru described the case as that of two lovebirds eloping.
He insisted that it was left for the police to prove their case.
