The Federal Government Alerts Nigerians to the Existence of a Mobile Application Developed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria for propagating Jihad to Children.

The Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, Explains the App, Tagged "Huroof", is to be used by ISIS to Teach Children the Arabbic Alphabets with the Aid of Guns, Military tanks and Cannons.
