Today, the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Federal Government launched the Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme (IBSIP) with focus in North Eastern Nigeria.
Theme of the launch was 'Rebuilding the North-East for Shared Prosperity'.
The African Development Bank-financed programme will focus mainly on improving food security and nutrition, and providing water and sanitation.
Senior Director, AFDB, Ebrima Faal and Governor of Bauchi State Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar were present at the launch.
