The 26 years old attacker has already been arrested after turning him self in, he was a former employee at the facility. According to him, he wanted to kill the disable patience.
However, the police says they are still investigating the matter. The facility care for people with the wide range of disabilities with the maximum capacity of 150 people including staff.
