According to the Minister of information Lai Mohammed, 300,000 additional NPower applicants are set to be recruited soon. He give the assurance at the old Banquet hall of the presidential villa in Abuja at the town hall meeting for the youth.
The Minister specifically stated that Federal government was committed to tackling youth empowerment, he said 25,000 cooks have been trained for the home grown school feeding programme and the programme has taken off in Kaduna, Osun and Adamawa State.
The Minister added that over 1million Nigerian willing to access loan between #200,000 and #100,000 were set to get the Loan at a very low interest rate from bank of Industry.
