The Women Under 17 world cup begins in Jordan yesterday 30th September and the flamingoes played their first game today against Brazil which ended 1-0 in favor of Brazilian women.
The Nigeria women team the flamingoes are making their fifth appearance in the Competition and are yet to get pass Quarter final stage. However the flamingoes are aiming to win their first title ever in the championship.
The Nigeria girls are drawn in group C alongside England, Brazil and Korea DPR. Their next match are to be played on the following date:
Nigeria vs England
Date: 4 October 2pm
Venue: Prince Mohammed International stadium
City: Zarqa
Korea DPR vs Nigeria
Date: 8 October 2pm
Venue: Amman International stadium
City: Amman
