President Muhammadu Buhari speaks on the situation in Libya, of people being sold into slavery, is appalling and unacceptable. According to the President, the government of Nigeria will do everything to protect its citizens wherever they might be.
Vice President Prof. Osinbajo, also speak on the situation of Nigerians in Libya: he said this is a matter the President is very concerned about. We have all the relevant agencies on board. A lot has already been done, and we will continue working to deal with the situation.
This comes as a result of the heart breaking situation in Libya where Libyans are selling black migrants including Nigerians at Libya auction for $400.
