1. Chief Economist(CE)
Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and a master degree in Economics or related discipline
- Phd in Economics or related relevant field will be an advantage
- Minimum of 15years post graduation experience in professional Economic research or other relevant experience in National/International organisation
- Experience within the banking Industry, MSME and consulting would be of added advantage
- Experience in microeconomic model building.
- Proven substantive Research and pulication track record
2. Head Corporate Services(HCS)
Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and a master degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 15years post graduation experience in corperate service, Human resources, Leasing Administrative support functions out of which 7 years must have been in a senior management position
- A professional qualification in procurement is an added advantage.
- Relevant profesional qualifications in related fields such as branding, Administration, communication, Information Technology, Human resources would be an added advantage.
3. Head Internal Audit(IA)
Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting or any relevant masters degree will be an advantage
- Professional qualification at least one of ACA, ACIB, ACCA etc
- Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience in the banking industry with not less than 5 years as Chief Internal Auditor(chief inspector) or designate in the financial services industry.
4. Executive Secretary to the CEO
Qualification
- The candidate for this position should have a university degree and relevant professional qualification with good communication skills in addition to strong inter personal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people from different background.
- The applicant should have at least 7 years post graduate work experience and a minimum of three years as an executive Assistance to a CEO with familiarity working with senior executives.
5. Administrative officer
Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree
- The applicant should have atleast 5 years work experience as an administrative assistance/officer and some experience working with senior management executives
- Must posses microsoft office skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills
