Brigadier General Rabe Abubakar, said this while reacting to yesterday's report by BBC that ISIL name new leader of Boko Haram has named Abu Musab Al-Barnawa a propaganda.
According to Brigadier General Rabe, naming of new BoKo Haram leader by ISIL will not in any way affect the military's operations nor cause it to lose focus.
