Kogi Governorship Election: Court of Appeal Dismissed The Appeal File Against Governor Bello.

The court of Appeal in Abuja has Dismissed the Appeal filed by House of representative member, James Faleke against the election of yahaya bello as Governor.

Mr Faleke ran as deputy Governorsip candidate with Mr. Audu and they were coasting to victory before Mr. Audu suddenly died and APC nominate a replacement for the deceased and Mr Bello was nominated.

The Court has also thrown out the case filed by former governor Idris Wada against governor Bello's Election for lack of merit.
