N-power 500,000 Teachers Recruitment Be Handle By Ministries Involve (Do You Agree)

It was reported that the N-Power recruitment of 500,000 Teachers Federal government social initiative Programme going on right now would have been done or handle better if it was left for the various ministries involved to do the recruitment instead of the present firm handling it.

The Federal Ministries involved in this government empowerment and job creation initiative are as follow:

1. The Presidency
2. Federal Ministry of Education
3. Federal Ministry of Communication
4. Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports
5. Federal Ministry of Health
6. Federal Ministry of Labour and employment
7. National Information Technology Development Agency(NITDA)
8. National Directorate of Employment
9. Universal Basic Education Commission

And I began to wonder why this suggestion? Even when some of this Ministries doing recruitment right now can not even setup a functional recruitment portal for applicants to use with ease.

What will be the assurance if the recruitment will not be business as usual if left for the various Ministries involve to handle it?.
