Call Circular For The Year 2015 Senior Staff Promotion Examination For Non-Pool Officers on GL. 06-13 in The Federal Ministry of information.

I am directed to inform you that necessary arrangements have been concluded for the conduct of the year 2015 Promotion Examination for eligible candidates on SGL. 06-13 in various cadres in the Ministry whose last promotion and, or appointment date was on or before January 1st 2012.

2. The scheduled examinations would be conducted on Wednesday 19th August 2015 in the three (3) under listed centres/outstations listed as follows:

• (i)Lagos (for Western States) -Nigerian Film Corporation Theatre Hall, Obalende Road, Beside FRCN/VON Premises, Ikoyi, Lagos.
• (ii)Enugu (for Eastern States) -Federal Secretariat Conference Room Enugu.
• (iii)Kaduna (for Northern States) -National Institute for Public Information (NIPI) Kaduna.

The exercise for the Headquarters Staff will take place onTuesday, 25th August 2015 at the National Press Centre, Radio House, Area 10, Abuja.

3. Accreditation for the outstations will take place on Wednesday 19th August, 2015 between 9 - 11am in all designated venues listed (i) - (iii) while that of the Headquarters will commence on the 24th August, 2015 by 11:00am prompt at the National Press Centre.

Candidates are advised to come along with Original Copies of the following documents for sighting and verification:

• (i) Staff Identity Card
• (ii) Letters of 1stAppointment / Gazette Publication as applicable.
• (iii) Letter of Last Promotion / Conversion.
• (iv) Letter of Transfer of Service (where applicable)

4. Kindly bring the contents of this circular to the attention of the affected Officers in your Department and or Outstations, please.
